We’re a unique real estate investment fund that provides opportunities for individuals, especially African Americans to invest in hotel real estate. While the hotel industry is highly lucrative and has been growing for the past decade, less than 2% of African Americans have hotel ownership. We strive to remove barriers to entry with a $500/share price, so investors of different income levels have a chance to enter the market.

Mostly we focus on high cash-flow, high-growth investments in metropolitan areas.
Currently we are focused on the hotel real estate market exclusively, due to its high growth and return potential. Also, we will invest in high growth, return potential and large multifamily units.
Our flagship project is in Florida and Arizona, as we are an Atlanta-based fund. Other projects will be in major metropolitan areas and will create jobs and revitalize the local economies.

It’s the practice of funding a project or venture by allowing a large number of people to invest small amounts of money, often online. Essentially, it uses networks of friends, family, and colleagues to spread the word about new business opportunities and attract investors. Crowdfunding is ideal for entrepreneurship by expanding the pool of investors from whom funds can be raised, past the typical circle of owners, relatives, and venture capitalists.
Previously, real estate development investment only happened through private equity in the development company, or by real estate investment trusts (REITs). Direct investment by individuals was rarely possible. Registering each property as a security, even with Regulation D filings, is inefficient. Additionally, real estate developers couldn’t actively market or solicit investments for their projects because of restrictions by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Fortunately, the JOBS (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) Act of 2012 modified some of these rules under Regulation D, so that more direct marketing and solicitation to non-accredited investors was allowed.
